Base price includes one character - each additional character is $8.
All banners are approximately 36"tall x 60"wide

Please include all wording and design details in the personalization box at checkout.
If any information is missing, I will message you (by either email or text) to clarify your design needs.
Colors, fonts, and lettering styles are fully customizable.
Multiple sizes are available, and if you need a specific size, just message me! I love creating custom orders.
✏️ DESIGN PREVIEWS (Mockups)
A mockup is included with your purchase and will be sent to you within 12 hours of your order being placed for your approval. Once the design is approved, I will begin painting and packaging your banner for shipment.
⏰ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Hand-painting takes about 2-3 business days before shipping. If you need your banner ASAP please reach out to me and I will make arrangements to try and get your banner towards the top of the list. I try to get them done as fast as possible without sacrificing my quality and attention to detail.
Standard shipping typically adds 3–5 days.
Need it sooner? Rush production and shipping are available! Just reach out to me about the date you need it by and I can always send an invoice to you for rushed shipping.
All banners ship carefully rolled inside a protective plastic. Please lay out your banner when you receive it or at least 12-24 hours before your event so that it can relax before being hung for your event.
💌 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Because each banner is made to order and painted by hand, I cannot offer refunds or replacements for items received as ordered.
Please note that kraft paper naturally includes small color variations, specks, or fibers — these are part of its charm.
If your banner arrives damaged or incorrect, please message me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
🪶 DISPLAYING YOUR BANNER
All banners will include a grommet on all 4 corners to make hanging it for your event effortless - If you do not want grommets added please let me know and I will forgo adding them! They are small 1/4 in grommets so it won't take away from the design - the ones in my display pics are a bit big as I have just recently switched to smaller grommets to not be as noticeable.
